We are looking for professional, experienced candidates to be a part of our growing global team. The successful candidate will be part of the in-house localization team and will work closely with internal clients and linguists (freelancers, in-house translators and agencies). The candidate will manage multilingual localization projects of various scope and impact within the timeframe agreed with the requestors.
Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly and professionally with colleagues on assigned projects.Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to vendors.Monitor status and track the delivery of projects.Possess strong problem-solving capabilities.Create clear and efficient workflows as well as improve on existing ones.Build good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Compile weekly and ad hoc reports as appropriate.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Localization Project Manager.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.Passion for technology and blockchain.Experience in managing localization of user interfaces and software.Excellent skills in stakeholder management.In-depth knowledge of translation management software (SDL Trados, Memsource, Smartling, MemoQ) and CAT tools. Excellent knowledge of various file formats and project management software. Degree in related fields (linguistics, translation-related degrees preferred).Ability to cope under pressure and to work within tight deadlines.Ability to work with remote teams.Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
