We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Market Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our trading platform. You will be responsible for maintaining market integrity, supporting liquidity strategies, coordinating with market makers, and enhancing operational workflows across product, risk, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day market operations with full ownership of liquidity, spread, and depth across trading pairsStrategically manage relationships with Market Makers and Liquidity Providers, including performance reviews, SLA enforcement, and incentive structuresDefine and monitor key market health indicators (spread, volume, fill rate, volatility impact, quote coverage)Define and implement operational SOPs, monitoring tools, and daily reporting dashboardsCollaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to improve order bookperformance, fee structures, and user experienceOversee launch readiness for new pairs, including parameter setting, hedgingcoordination, and market opening strategyTrack and analyze market metrics: trading volume, active users, spreads, and quotecoverageLead or support projects involving new pair launches, trading campaigns, or marketupgradesDrive cross-functional initiatives including trading campaign design, OTC flowoptimization, and VIP user coordinationSupport OTC trading operations when needed and maintain internal records related tomarket operation audits Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in market making, liquidity management, OTC trading, or relatedroles in financial services or cryptocurrencyAnalytical mindset with experience in monitoring performance metrics and generating insightsKnowledge of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency and financial servicesProven ability to manage complex operations under pressure and lead cross-functional initiativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal coordinationStrong problem-solving abilities with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needsProficiency in Thai and English, both written and spokenExperience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or traditional financial services (a plus)Knowledge and experience in operations and settlements, especially automated payments through host-to-host API connectivity (a plus)Why Binance
