As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our global team to localize and optimize the performance of marketing activities, as well as executing local activities across a range of channels including performance, social media and events. You will work with stakeholders across Binance Asia and globally, as well as with a number of external suppliers locally.
Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support, driving collaboration, and tracking results of campaigns. Likely to include KOLs, PR, events, social mediaCreate and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on strategiesSensitive towards users' needs and experience on the Binance platform, able to innovate new ways to improve user experience /interaction/ perception of the brand in local contextWork with a global performance team to maximize outcomes of global marketing activity for Binance in Asia including: Tracking and optimizing performance (conversion rates, cost per acquisition) of acquisition marketing activity; Localising messaging to improve relevance and performanceGather best practice and global input to assist with marketing activitiesEnsure compliance of our marketing activities with all relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risk and enhance Binance's reputationStrict adherence to all Binance’s internal security and confidentiality requirementsRequirements:
Data analytical mindset and passion in crypto industryUser-focused and highly sensitive to user journey & product issuesROI-drivenMore than 3-5 years experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, ideally with crypto-related experienceFluent in English / Mandarin and strong in communication for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders across the organizationEffective project management skills, the ability to think laterally and strong organizational skills are essentialResults-orientated and adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong business acumen and good at numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets and chartsGood understanding of the crypto industry, web3 would be a strong plusConditions:
