Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's public image including the writing of press releases, KOL briefings, propagation to the media and social mediaBuild rapport with local/regional tech, finance, and crypto related influencers and media (both traditional and digital) Select appropriate media/KOL according to respective strategic purposes and coordinate media/KOLs events and interviews to increase positive exposureMonitor and execute important events, with special emphasis on KOL/media relations and cooperationSupport public affairs, corporate and brand communications initiativesTrack emerging issuesManage PR agencies to support Comms initiatives and develop communications materials, including story pitches, messaging guidelines, press releases, Q&As, presentations and speechesCollaborate with cross-functional teamsRequirements
Minimum of 3~5+ years of professional PR or media experienceNative level proficiency in Spanish and at least business level proficiency in English, both written and spokenStrong in communications and language expression capabilityStrong social media sense, comprehension ability in finance and technology related topicsUnderstanding and experience in blockchain technology is a plusKOL/influencer management experienceExperienced in media interaction and relationship developmentAbility to work collaboratively with multi-functional leads in a matrix organizationExcellent writing skills in EnglishPassion for Binance and the mission of the companyExperience working on projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong verbal communications and interpersonal skillsMaintaining enthusiasm and calm demeanor in stressful situationsAn international and inclusive mindsetWhy Binance
