Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Product OptimizationEstablish comprehensive data monitoring systems for core metrics (user journeys, conversion funnels, engagement)Analyze product flow conversion data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion ratesDevelop user behavior models and conversion funnel monitoring systems for key paths (registration to transaction)Conduct A/B testing and data iteration to drive continuous improvementProduce regular data reports with actionable insights for stakeholdersDesign and implement conversion strategies for core user flows (registration, KYC, deposit, trading)Optimize user touchpoints across channels (in-app content, push notifications, AI+ SMS tools)Plan and execute incentive campaigns to boost user activation and retentionSupport marketing strategy deployment and performance analysisStreamline marketing tools and processes to improve operational efficiencyManage and optimize existing product features through iterative improvementsEstablish user feedback loops integrating customer service, reviews, and research dataDocument operational processes (MRD writing) and improve workflowsIdentify pain points through business analysis and implement solutions via operational strategiesParticipate in departmental process optimization and mechanism iteration
Requirements:
4+ years in digital product operations (crypto/Web3 experience preferred)Educational background in Business Analytics, CS or related fieldsProven experience in conversion rate optimization and user flow designStrong analytical skills with SQL proficiencyExpertise in user research methods and data analysisProduct design skills with innovative problem-solving abilityFamiliar with complete product development lifecycleMRD/PRD documentation capabilityExperience designing incentive campaigns and touchpoint strategiesAbility to build behavioral models and monitoring systemsProcess optimization and workflow improvement experienceStrong A/B testing and experimentation methodologyWhy Binance
