Responsibilities
Support the Risk Officer in establishing and maintaining the risk management framework including the design and implementation of key risk indicator matrices for regional operationsDevelop and maintain the development of risk policies and procedures, and prepare risk training materialsProvide support to maintain effective risk governance across the firm such as consolidate regional incidents and perform regular trend analysis, assist in the ongoing oversight of outsourcing risks by consolidating regional outsourcing registersConduct operational risk-related thematic reviews and projects as neededSupport product risk assessments by collaborating with risk owners to conduct risk and control assessments on exposure across different financial productsValidate controls identified through product risk assessments and ensure timely implementation of remedial actionsConduct local vendor due diligence risk assessments and assist in enhancing third-party due diligence and assessment processes in accordance with industry regulatory changesPerform ongoing monitoring and oversight of operational incidents in line with the Operational Risk Policy and Procedures. Track and develop KPI and KRIs on an ongoing basisDevelop and maintain a risk dashboard to track remediation action status, ensuring timely implementation of mitigation and preventive measures to resolve issues and minimize associated risksSupport the conduct of business impact assessments across different productsEnhance the business continuity plan as necessary, in accordance with industry regulatory changesPerform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the teamFamiliarity with CSSF risk and regulatory requirementsRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or other related disciplines is preferred3-5 years of working experience in financial services, operational risk, audit, advisory services, or product managementExperience with database management systems. Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance tools is an advantageStrong execution and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive initiatives concurrentlyAbility to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentGood attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-disciplined, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines and a fast paced environmentFluency in English is essential, French would be beneficialLuxembourg basedWhy Binance
