Responsibilities
Lead and define end-to-end development of Futures' Product roadmaps, strategies and business requirementsDeliver detailed product requirements and interactive designs of all products, on technical feasibility and implementation plansConduct market research and competitor analysis, propose and deliver solutions for all products' infrastructure built-up Constantly evaluate and improve existing products and features, including performance testings and iterations Monitor and analyse product performance-data to optimise users experience and boost business growthFollow and respond to users' feedbacks with consideration of business impact and Tech feasibility
Requirements
At least 5 solid years in end-to-end Product management, with knowledge in Tech and Crypto Trading Products Solid knowledge in Derivatives Trading & built-up of Trading products (UI, Backend services, Matching engines, etc) Proven experience in building and delivering client-focused products from initial assessment to go liveGood team spirit with willingness to be hands-on in day-to-day tasks Excellent collaboration and communication skills to handle various stakeholdersFluency in English & Chinese is mandatoryWith leadership potential for a team of 10+ members
