Responsibilities:
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our options trading backend systems, with a strong focus on the matching engine, order management, risk management, and system performance.Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, risk, clearing, and infrastructure teams to define and execute backend product requirements.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from requirement gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.Ensure system scalability, low latency, and high availability to support high-frequency, high-volume options trading.Work with quant and trading teams to integrate options pricing models and ensure accurate valuation and risk assessment across the platform.Analyze trading system performance metrics (e.g., latency, TPS, throughput) and proactively identify areas for optimization.Coordinate with cross-regional stakeholders and contribute to building a robust and scalable options trading infrastructure under a unified account architecture (UTA).Requirements:
Strong understanding of options trading, including Greeks, volatility surfaces, and common options pricing models (e.g., Black-Scholes, binomial trees, Monte Carlo).4+ years of product management experience, preferably in backend systems for trading platforms, with proven success in delivering complex infrastructure products.Solid understanding of trading system architecture, including matching engines, risk checks, margin systems, and clearing logic.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.Excellent analytical, communication, and system design skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required for effective collaboration with overseas clients/partners. Why Binance
