In Korea, we are at a pivotal moment of growth and seeking a strategic and creative senior leader to join our leadership team as the Brand Director.
Reporting into the Global Head of Brand Marketing, with a dotted line to our General Manager, Korea, you will work collaboratively with local and global leadership while directly managing Marketing, Communications, Creative and Product functions. You will be a hands-on leader, build and execute inspired campaigns, and help the organization achieve its ambitious goals across our cafe and digital channels.
You will:
Create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business goals and visionOversee all marketing, social media, communications, PR, creative, and product development initiativesLead the development and execution of brand campaigns across all channels, both online and offlinePartner with cross functional team members to ensure that all brand initiatives - from messaging to product offerings - are engaging and exceed our guests’ expectationsBuild, develop and lead a high-performing Brand team that is creative, collaborative, and focused on resultsMeasure and analyze the performance of all brand initiatives and report on key metricsEffectively manage the annual marketing budget optimizing for impact and measuring results along the wayStay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and innovationCollaborate with and manage internal and external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outletsEnforce global brand guidelines to ensure consistency and brand integrity and also help establish local guidelines when needed Help identify and create brand partnerships and create successful collaborations

3+ years of work experience as head of Brand preferably in a fast-paced, high growth retail companyLeadership abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing teamKnowledge and deep understanding of the Korea marketing and media landscapeExceptional communication and presentation skills to engage leadership and stakeholders
