Branch is hiring a Senior Director, Global Sales Development for our fast-growing Global Sales Development Rep (SDR) team. This is an opportunity to lead a global team of managers and SDR's located in Dallas, TX and Bangalore, India. As we continue to grow our business, you will be instrumental in defining, building and growing this team and function to support Branch's go-to-market efforts. This is a highly visible role within our company and you will be working with various stakeholders and leaders across Sales, Enablement, Marketing and more.

As a Senior Director, Global Sales Development, you’ll get to:

  • Provide insight, leadership, development, and training for our global SDR team to hit and exceed monthly goals and achieve other defined objectives.
  • Help define the success metrics for the global SDR team and work with functional partners to iterate on best practices and ensure the team exceeds their goals.
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and promote top talent towards their designed career paths.
  • Own inbound and outbound functions with SDRs, primarily focused on outbound messages and outreach.
  • Work as a strategic partner to the Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to optimize the sales funnel and help to develop demand generation campaigns/content.
  • Evaluate current sales tech stack to manage the sales process and set standards for performance.
  • Accurately forecast the Sales Development pipeline and proactively flag risk.
  • Work with Sales Operations and leadership to analyze key metrics and optimize team performance.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of success growing and scaling SDR teams.
  • 8+ years of experience managing a high performing SDR team with 2+ years of global management. 
  • 6+ years of experience working in a fast-paced technology/SaaS company preferred.
  • Capacity to hire, inspire, lead, and motivate team members and establish a healthy and collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to understand, synthesize, and pitch Branch’s platform and products.
  • Proven planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Excellent reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce, Excel, Outreach or equivalent tools.
  • Strong organization/prioritization skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

NOTE: This role will be onsite in Dallas, TX and initially follow a 5-day a week in office work schedule.
