WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Website Updates / CMS Management
    • Own the company website CMS www.braze.com and the CMS roadmap/OKRs 
    • Experience managing a complex marketing website across multiple stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to implement website changes effectively
    • Build landing pages in the CMS as needed to support OKRs and business growth needs partnering with internal or external design/brand/content teams
    • Make content updates requested by cross-functional teams including updating copy, images, page templates, etc. 
    • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all website pages
    • Expertise in using website analytics (e.g. GA4), A/B testing, site personalization and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities
    • Provide training and support to team members on website CMS usage and best practices
    • Develop and maintain documentation for website processes, guidelines, and standards
    • Excellence in verbal and written communication, and in working collaboratively with a variety of colleagues and clients in challenging circumstances
    • Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
    • Support the localization and rollout of regional websites
  • Technical Project Management
    • Own the web team service request tickets (Asana) to ensure timely review, response and completion of all tasks and projects for content and dev updates
    • Groom tickets and prioritize tasks based on their importance and impact on business objectives
    • Technical understanding of digital experience best practices and web services
    • Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes and sprint planning for technical teams
    • Oversee and run website UAT (user acceptance testing) for web releases to ensure flawless execution
    • Understanding of Google Tag Manager and event tracking/tagging
    • Work with legal and marketing operations team to drive accessibility, compliance and cookie management needs across sites
    • Experience working with development teams and managing the workflow for developers. Knowledge of JS Frameworks (React, Typescript, Gatsby.js, Next.js, etc.) and web markup (HTML5, CSS) is a bonus

  • Is a problem solver and analytical thinker.  Asks thoughtful questions and identifies project roadblocks and has a “figure it out” attitude. 
  • Takes direction and independently executes. You can problem solve while asking for guidance when needed. 
  • Is eager to learn in a fast paced company with changing priorities. Ready to expand their skill sets, and grow within the organization. Show up hungry to drive change.
  • Can manage multiple projects at the same time. You’re excited to work on multiple things and prioritize your work by what drives business results AND what helps other teams. 
  • Experience with the following tools: 
    • Headless/Decoupled CMS
    • Design: Figma 
    • Task management: Asana, Jira, etc. 
    • Legal: cookie compliance: OneTrust
    • Tracking/conversions: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Mutiny, Braze
