Who you are
Brightwheel is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who can provide analytical and operational support to the sales and service teams. You have strong analytical skills and can extract easy-to-understand actionable insights. You are a dynamic thinker who can connect the dots when looking at the big picture as well as roll up your sleeves to do a deep dive. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love developing data-driven solutions to ambiguous problems. You love working in teams and have excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive performance improvements across the sales and service floor by providing strategic and analytical support to our leadership teams
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Service, Finance and Recruiting in yearly forecasting/planning, quota setting, and other larger projects
  • Work cross-functionally to operationalize consistent achievement of the annual plan and growth goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of our compensation strategy in order to assist in developing and administering compensation plans, design, and policies
  • Identify and drive improvements to our compensation plan and procedures by partnering across finance, sales ops, HR, and legal to maximize performance
  • Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, sales strategy or accounting/FP&A role
  • Ability to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems
  • Ability to digest complex data and present findings in a clear manner that drives decision making and outcomesAbility to go beyond the recommendation to execution; willingness to get into the details and do what it takes to “get it done”
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding proficiency with MSExcel/GSheets, Tableau, and SFDCBrightwheel offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, equity, and benefits) with a strong emphasis on equity-based compensation (ownership in brightwheel)
  • For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In alignment with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual cash compensation for this role in Colorado is targeted at $75,000-$116,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
