Your Job:

As a Product Fit and Wear Test Analyst, you will support the Product Fit and Wear Test Program Manager in executing daily fit and wear testing activities for our Footwear. You will work closely with Asia Footwear Development, Sourcing, Commercialization and Quality teams to ensure that Brooks’ products meet the consistent expectation of Fit, Feel, and Ride. This role is critical in collecting, organizing, and summarizing tester feedback, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining operational excellence across the testing process.
This is an ideal role for someone passionate about sports, product testing, and footwear performance, who is looking to build foundational skills in product development and testing operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product fit evaluations of the assigned projects with testers to assess product performance based on the Fit, Feel, and Ride criteria.
  • Organize recruitment and administration of the Asia-based tester pool, ensuring a diverse and representative panel aligned with product objectives.
  • Maintain and update the wear test database, including tester profiles, product assignments, and test results.
  • Schedule fit and wear tests with testing participants, coordinate product handoffs, and ensure timely retrieval of test feedback and samples.
  • Directly work with testers while doing tests and collect testing surveys via the Qualtrics system to generate a test report with fully summarized deliverables to have a review with the leadership in accordance with the Go/ No decision-making process.
  • Manage distribution of testing products across Asia to enable timely collection of data to meet key calendar dates in order to guarantee on time product delivery to market. 
  • Own participant recruitment, ensuring relevant and reliable testers are recruited for each product evaluation. Understand the product goals and objectives to ensure appropriate testers are selected to determine if the product goals are validated with the runner. Partner with Product Line Management teams to ensure project recruitment aligns with product consumer expectations.
  • Own product assessment for multiple products at the same time through multiple timelines and key calendar deadlines. Ensure all Brooks product is hitting key fit, feel, and ride standards and product brief goals.
  • Partner with product Development teams to ensure all products from initial pullover through each sampling round (Spam1, Spam2 and model fit ) are hitting their fit, feel and ride objectives.
  • Ensure on time delivery of conclusions regarding fit, feel and ride validated through the runner in accordance with critical seasonal calendar deadlines to enable on-time delivery of product to the market.
  • Own wear test participant information updates in the Wear Test Database, including tester ratings scores relating to their feedback and timeliness for surveys to ensure top performing testers are used to evaluate Brooks product.
  • Continuous learning of Brooks product development process, fit, feel, ride and manufacturing best practices.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and consumer needs to ensure that products incorporate the functional needs our runner’s demand.
  • Maintain clean and organize fit/wear testing environment, cycling product in and out quickly once testing is complete and results are finalized.
  • Organize the seasonal test report summary and fit tester reward celebration (our celebration and reward system for Wear Test Program participants) in a timely manner.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure the manufacturer meets spec requirements.
  • Other duties as required. 
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product testing, product development, quality assurance, running retail, or related fields.
  • Ability to understand and empathize with the runner, enthusiasm about sports performance, and product evaluation.
  • Passionate about running, sports performance, and product evaluation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Vietnamese proficiency required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with database management is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop within the footwear and sports industry.
