We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Go to Market Director (West) to join our BPM Caravel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling $4M in consulting services, including implementation, managed services, and change orders. This role requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate business development activities, work closely with the Inside Sales team, and develop go-to-market strategies with the Alliances and Marketing team. The successful candidate will also maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, referencability, and future revenue growth.

On Target Earnings $300K - $400K including commission. The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the West (Southern California or Denver) who meet the minimum requirements of the position.
