What you'll do
- Help customers with a successful implementation by building the menu catalogs and restaurant profiles within Careem standards.
- Collect and act on customer feedback by implementing the requested updates and edits on the Menu catalog and improve customer satisfaction.
- Deal with customer requirements in a timely manner and solve customer issues.
- Work with sales, Quality Control, Training and support teams to ensure that the service meets customer expectations.
- Work closely with the sales team to request the needed Customer requirements.
- Use the onboarding tools that will give the right analytics and insights.
What you'll need
- Good editing images skills - Photoshop
- MS Office - expert in Excel/google sheet
- Problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to shift priorities quickly when necessary.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Past experience in customer Onboarding is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/Operations or any related field is a plus.
