Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting process, ensuring compliance with IFRS, supporting month-end and year-end closing, statutory audits, and contributing to process automation and system enhancements.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and internal policies
  • Coordinate and support statutory and group audits
  • Support tax, and regulatory reporting requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial data and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting
  • Assist in implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and automation tools
What You Need:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, ACCA qualified with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Advanced skills in Excel and comfort with automation tools / reporting platforms
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Prior exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
