As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the wider HR Team as well as your assigned business units, throughout the employee life cycle. Your strategic support for the HR Management makes you the main point of contact for employees, focusing on building relationships to better support alignment of business strategy to our people strategy.  You are instrumental in removing obstacles and providing assistance to empower teams in achieving their objectives!


This is a 12-month contract.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the employees and managers within the assigned business unit
  • Providing HR guidance and support to employees, acting as a main point of contact for any HR-related matters, escalating to HR Management as needed 
  • Proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes globally
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit key talent for the internal client, being involved in the process as needed
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including but not limited to; meeting with new hires, supporting their induction, meeting leavers, conducting exit interviews etc. 
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across our central teams (Finance, Tech) to provide support as and when needed 
  • Drive learning and development initiatives and plans with client group
  • Acting as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management
  • Support the Global Payroll Specialist with reporting and data management, including regular system audits as required
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention with a focus on improving employee engagement
  • Monitoring the company’s culture through our values to support the attainment of the company’s goals and promote employee engagement, using related tool such as Officevibe
  • Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements, staying up to date with local legislation and perform HR research as assigned by and in partnership with HR management
  • Maintaining employee related systems, ensuring all data for client group is up to date
  • Challenging the organisational structure of the internal client and proposed changes
  • Implementing HR policies and training as needed
  • Any other adhoc tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time.
  • TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the igaming industry
  • Strong generalist knowledge and understanding of best practices and processes within HR
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, English proficiency
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships easily 
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
