As the Executive Assistant to the VP, Sales and SVP, Sales Solutions at Checkr, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of our organization, ensuring the executive leadership operates seamlessly and efficiently. Your contribution goes beyond the traditional responsibilities of an executive assistant. This role demands a creative and agile mindset, thriving in a rapidly evolving environment. As a strategic partner and integral member of the team, you will be instrumental in not only supporting day-to-day operations but also contributing actively to the complex dynamics of our business. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with tactical execution makes you the right-hand partner for our executives, enabling them to focus on driving the company's mission forward. We are seeking an individual who can navigate the intricate landscape of a tech-driven startup, going above and beyond to contribute to the success of our executive team and, by extension, the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complex and fast paced calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the VP, Sales and SVP, Sales Solutions
- Oversee inbox management to ensure timely responses and prioritization of critical communications
- Tracking and organizing communications, presentations, and other documentation for efficient collaboration
- Lead the organization and implementation of events, including offsites, kickoffs, QBRs, and marquee events
- Maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, demonstrating the ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Develop lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and streamline communication
What you bring:
- Proven track record supporting SVP+ executives, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Proven experience managing complex calendars and travel logistics using G Suite applications, demonstrating vetting, prioritization, and recommendation skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to seamlessly prioritize multiple tasks
- Large scale event experience with a track record of executing on conceptualization, implementation and execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff and external partners
- Previous experience in a tech company or startup environment, particularly supporting sales or revenue leaders is preferred
- Proven-effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics in an approachable manner

This will be a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA. The salary range for this role is $152,000 - $179,000.
