Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an Associate Director, Partner Marketing to join our Merchandising Team based in Dania Beach, FL. The Associate Director, Partner Marketing is the driving force behind building brands and fueling commerce through advertising across Chewy owned and operated sites and assets. You are a steward of the Chewy brand ensuring every customer experience (internal and external) meets our high-quality standards. We are looking for an experienced e-commerce marketer with vendor programming experience to join our Dania Beach, FL team. You will be integral to building advertising product, responsible for ensuring our partner brands are well represented within our channels; working with them to develop marketing plans that drive sales and long term profitability for our brands and for Chewy.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the strategic development of Partner Marketing and Advertising capabilities for one of the fastest growing retail companies
  • Design and execute scalable marketing product frameworks with stakeholders across IT, E-Commerce Product, Analytics, Site Merchandising, and Marketing
  • Influence and develop dynamic and in-depth Partner Marketing planning, tracking and reporting framework
  • Lead KPI and business reporting  development to measure and optimize business performance
  • Serve as the overall Marketing lead for new brand and large-scale product launches, collaborating internally and externally across all channels to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach
  • Identify and source 3rd party marketing opportunities in partnership with the Digital Growth and Brand Marketing teams
  • Work closely with Category Management, Integrated Marketing, and marketing channel leads to design, deliver & prioritize impactful marketing campaigns
  • Meticulously own and prioritize multiple projects; ensuring clearly articulated strategies with flawless execution
  • Plan and manage onsite placement of strategic business priorities to drive awareness and trial

 What You'll Need:

  • 8+  years in vendor, category or shopper marketing and/or agency positions, namely merchandise or vendor marketing in an E-commerce or CPG company
  • Advanced working knowledge of the E-Commerce platform and framework, as well as digital and traditional marketing tactics and KPIs. Proficient e-commerce and retail business acumen
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering scalable marketing investment framework and product.
  • Experience working with product, tech and data teams
  • Ability to use data analysis to inform business opportunities and translate those into action plans
  • Proven ability to influence across the organization, including with members of Leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel domestically when needed
  • Experience leading a team is a plus
  • Thrive in fast-paced culture with ability to make decisions and work in the gray
