About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a groundbreaking new product initiative. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in consumer-facing environments—particularly within two-sided marketplaces or advertising-driven businesses. You will drive the end-to-end development of a product that not only meets user needs but also sets a new standard in our industry. While we welcome candidates with diverse experiences, we’re particularly interested in professionals with 7+ years of product management experience who thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $196,100 and up to $281,900. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:

Drive Product Vision & Strategy:

    • Define and articulate a compelling vision for a new product area that aligns with Chime’s mission.
    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.

Collaborate Across Teams:

    • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success teams to bring innovative products to market.
    • Serve as the product champion, ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.

Leverage Consumer Insights:

    • Utilize deep consumer insights and market trends, especially within two-sided marketplaces or ads businesses, to inform product decisions.
    • Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to drive product enhancements.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Prioritize features and initiatives based on both qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Manage the End-to-End Product Lifecycle:

    • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and concept development to launch and iterative improvement.
    • Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product milestones.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management with a strong background in consumer-facing environments.
  • A proven track record in developing and launching products in two-sided marketplaces or advertising-driven businesses.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills combined with a passion for creating user-centered solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable product strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset and proficiency in leveraging metrics to drive decision making.
