About the role
Within our Operations & Member Experience organization (OMX), the Operations Enablement Team is responsible for impactful, cross-functional initiatives that tackle mission-critical challenges from within OMX Operations, ensuring the successful execution of key strategic programs.
As a Program Manager on the Operations Enablement Team you will be responsible for helping to implement robust change management mechanisms and setting the gold standard communication for Change Management within the OMX team, You will be responsible for partnering with teams across product, engineering, analytics, operations and more, to advocate for Chime members and build our strategy to best support them.

This role is best fit for someone who thrives in a flat, fast-moving organization, can comfortably navigate ambiguity, aligns diverse sets of collaborators, and confidently make data-driven decisions in an ever changing environment.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680.00 and up to $144,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Drive program launches within the OMX Operations portfolio, from concept to execution—partnering closely with Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Establish scalable frameworks and lead effective change management to support high-impact, Operations-wide initiatives.
Tackle complex operational challenges by identifying risks early and implementing proactive solutions that improve efficiency and resiliency. - Craft clear, compelling narratives that bring structure to ambiguity, enabling cross-functional alignment and buy-in for new ideas.
- Influence outcomes at all levels of leadership by presenting actionable insights and collaborating with senior leaders and partners across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.
- Measure program success through meaningful KPIs and use data to continuously improve program design and execution.
- Educate and enable stakeholders by ensuring clear understanding of program scope, expectations, and impact across the org.
- Support cross-functional coordination by connecting dots across initiatives and acting as a central point of accountability for key milestones.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- 6+ years of professional experience, including delivering strategic and operational projects at top tier management consulting firms.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, driving alignment, execution, and measurable impact.
- Strong analytical foundation, with experience using SQL and tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to inform decisions and tell a compelling data-driven story.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across Product, Operations, Risk, and Analytics stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing processes, identifying opportunities, and executing improvements that scale.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, managing multiple workstreams independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
