About the Role

As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategy, planning and execution of marketing campaigns that make Chime one of the most recognized brands in the US.  This highly cross functional role will work with internal teams across brand marketing, creative, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing as well external agencies and partners to launch break through campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan cross-channel marketing campaigns that build the Chime brand through insight-driven storytelling that moves hearts and minds. 
  • Oversee and execute complex cross-channel brand campaigns from beginning to end. This includes developing marketing briefs, managing campaign deliverables, creating alignment across stakeholders, managing plans to budget, and setting KPIs. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and clarity on creative, content and campaign positioning with a data driven and creative outlook. 
  • Own and maintain an integrated marketing calendar and project plan across PR, brand marketing, paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing to ensure tactics ladder up to broader strategic goals.
  • Manage strategic plan to leverage brand partnerships across integrated marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness   
  • Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy that focuses investment on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs
  • Translate campaign performance, competitive analysis, and market assessments into strategic opportunities for innovation and growth. 

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years managing end-to-end marketing campaigns at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand. 
  • Strong project management skills that demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. 
  • Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks building a consumer brand from ground level. 
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and integrate strategic partnership opportunities that build brand awareness. Experience implementing sports brand sponsorships is a big plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the  data tells you.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems and advance our brand narrative.
  • A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
