The Business Development Manager, RE Analytics will have proven success working in a relationship-based work environment and is willing to focus on continually building customer trust and confidence in our products and customer delivery teams. This successful individual will be highly entrepreneurial and use a consultative approach as they introduce customers to our unique portfolio of property analytics solutions. The Business Development Manager will pursue new opportunities with Proptech and Fintech leaders, Private Equity and Hedge Fund Managers, Mortgage Originators, Mortgage Servicers, Insurance and Capital Markets to present Clear Capital as a leader in real estate analytics. Your exceptional knowledge of a complete solution set will continue to establish Clear Capital as the leader. Your ability to prospect and close new business, grow existing business, expand the overall customer relationship, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at every touch point will measure your success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Convert prospects into customer relationships and successfully transition them to our Customer Success teamSell Clear Capital products and solutions to new and existing customers to achieve or exceed RE Analytics revenue goalsDocument all leads and sales activity in the Clear Capital's CRM and prepare sales forecasts for the segments you ownDevelop high trust relationships with third party stakeholders (i.e. rating agencies) by educating them on our valuation products and exceptional service modelIdentify new business opportunities and deepen current relationships with customers, specifically in the real estate, lending, servicing and secondary markets by working with Clear Capital management, business leaders, partnerships, product development, marketing, and operations support to prioritize those opportunities and integrate them into the sales planWork with Channel Partners and our Partnership Team to amplify product distribution and achieve channel revenue goalsEducate Clear Capital Customer Success Managers about how customers will best utilize our data and analytics productsProvide feedback to Clear Capital product management to enhance existing products and develop new products and solutionsAttend targeted industry events and conferences to attract new customer prospects and to nurture relationships with existing clientsApply consultative problem solving techniques to successfully identify and address prospective customers’ issuesConsult with prospective customers, understanding their business model while introducing subject matter expert(s) to evaluate and identify solutions that meet the customer’s business strategy goalsWork closely with Clear Capital product managers and marketing to provide support and feedback of sales activity and pricing negotiationsRequired Job Related Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related discipline, MBA is a plusMinimum of three (3) years of related sales experience in the financial services sector or real estate industryProven track record in sales of ML/AI based products, with an emphasis on new client acquisitionWorking knowledge of the primary and secondary markets and related real estate asset products such as mortgage and asset backed securities and of real estate data and uses within the marketDeep understanding of consultative solution sales models with the ability to craft and communicate complex propositionsSuccess in working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and practitioners in developing strategies and tactics that drive targeted programs and create winsExperience selling in a multi-product environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExemplary interpersonal style, bringing a positive, problem-solving oriented approach to both internal and external contactsInnovative problem solving skills to resolve basic to moderately complex issuesDemonstrated ability to research complex issues as they develop and present uniquely creative solutions
