About the role
At Cloudflare, we are committed to excellence and innovation, not just as it relates to the products we sell, but also for the onboarding services we provide our customers. The focus of this role is to enable partners and internal resources to deliver world class post sales services, including professional services and training, to our global customers.
In this specialized role, you'll be responsible for enabling Cloudflare’s Authorized Services Delivery and strategic partners to deliver Professional Services engagements across Cloudflare’s product portfolio using a consistent framework. You will be utilizing hands-on-keyboard implementation training methodology to enable our partners and collaborate with Cloudflare Partner organization and Professional Services leadership to prioritize the key partners to enable.
What you’ll do
- Services Partner Delivery Strategy: Working closely with the Global Services Leadership team, lead the design of a partner strategy based on regional needs, product and domain expertise, and alignment on strategic goals and outcomes.
- Develop a services enablement program, that Cloudflare partners around the globe will want to participate in, because the program provides the most well-rounded enablement available to both new and existing delivery consultants.
- Create enablement programs for all product areas of expertise for internal Professional Services consultants and extend programs to include partners globally.
- Create performance metrics required for each individual consultant to meet and maintain.
- Create key metrics needed for each partner to complete and maintain their status in the Cloudflare services program.
- Ensure internal Professional Services consultants and partner consultants meet the standards of the Cloudflare enablement program, and that they maintain those high standards over time.
- Work with internal groups to build or repurpose enablement content, courses, webinars, workshops and bootcamps that support an efficient and effective program.
- Ensure Partner consultants are delivering high-quality, successful implementations, in a timely, cost-effective, and positive manner for the end customer.
- Manage the budget of the entire program.
Examples of required skills, knowledge, and experience
- 8+ years of experience working with Partners and enabling them successfully for Services Delivery.
- Ability to partner with channel managers and channel partners focusing on enablement.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure.
- Partnership Experience: Familiarity working with partners in developing services practice, service delivery management, and solution selling in cybersecurity offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and technical teams at partner organizations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead strategic discussions and presentations
- Ownership and Accountability: Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the service delivery partner ecosystem.
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Colorado, Georgia, and Texas based: Estimated annual salary of $143,000.00 to 175,000.00
- For New York City, Washington, DC Metro and California based (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of 158,000.00 to 193,000.00
Commissions & Incentive Compensation
This role is eligible to earn variable incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
