We are seeking a Project Manager with strong expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Target, Workfront, and AEP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of Adobe or CMS-related projects using Agile and PMP methodologies. This role demands excellent project management skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of digital marketing workflows and tools like Jira and Confluence. The Project Manager will lead project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud or CMS-based projects across multiple workstreams
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Maintain Jira boards and dashboards, ensuring transparency and progress tracking
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and Adobe SMEs to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including charters, roadmaps, RACI, and RAID logs
- Track and report project health and status to senior leadership and clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively
- Coordinate third-party vendors or Adobe teams when needed for solution delivery
- Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and a delivery-focused culture
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Deep understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud products: AEM, Analytics, Target, Workfront, AEP (RTCDP, CJA)
- Proven experience managing CMS or MarTech implementation projects
- Strong command of project management methodologies – PMP, Agile, Scrum
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- 7–10 years of experience in project management roles in digital marketing or CMS ecosystems
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects in Adobe or similar digital experience platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed global teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certifications required
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (AEM, Workfront, Analytics, AEP) are a strong plus
