About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support core accounting functions, including financial close, revenue recognition, general ledger reconciliations, and accounts payable. This role will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and support general ledger accounting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies while contributing to the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reports with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.
• Assist in applying revenue recognition principles and contract accounting standards, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 where applicable.
• Support external audits, statutory reporting, and tax compliance
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Experience with NetSuite or other major ERPs is a plus
• Background in a multinational, subscription-based, or real estate a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English required; Polish language skills are a plus
