YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
As the CIC Health Data Systems Specialist, you will manage our iXLayer, Hubspot, and future systems and coordinate internal data flow between these systems. We will continuously onboard new labs and products with new systems and data structures, and need to organize and shape this information for insights and a smooth end to end process for our customers. 

This will include:
• Extracting, filtering, cleaning data in preparation for processing such as presenting it in dashboards for teams to review and interpret, and creating automation between systems.
• Interpreting data using statistical reports, using visualization tools like Tableau as you pull data from multiple sources to help CIC Health drive insight.
• Working with management to prioritize business and information needs and to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Analyzing and interpreting data trends and patterns, drawing inferences and conclusions from the available information.
• Building and maintaining CIC Health databases as needed.

More specifically, as our ideal candidate, you are:
• Able to take multiple data sources and systems and make sure all data is indexed properly for reporting, workflow and analysis purposes.
• Experienced in delivering valuable insights through data visualization.
• Analytical, with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong ability to utilize APIs to extract information from multiple systems.
• Solid SQL programming skills, data manipulation and transformation knowledge.
• Someone with a can-do attitude. You take ownership over tasks and follow them through to completion. 
• A strong communicator to multiple stakeholders with varying technical expertise.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you have the possibility to work on daily business operations and ad-hoc projects.  
• Equally comfortable and enjoy working with people as well as data. 
• Goal-oriented and energized by data entry and management, resolving errors, and pushing things forward with minimal direction or supervision.
• Mission-driven and excited to contribute to a vital and cutting-edge COVID-19 response service.


YOU HAVE
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of three years of work experience.
• The ability to work from your local CIC office as needed.
