We're offering a full-time position at CIC for someone with experience in reception, concierge, or front desk roles, ideally in a dynamic environment. We need someone who can consistently make a fantastic first impression on our numerous guests and clients.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
This position will be the first face and first impression for CIC’s many clients, guests, and vendors. You will join our Concierge Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.

Potential responsibilities will include:
• Managing the front desk experience to provide exceptional service, including welcoming guests, facilitating their transition to their host, and offering comprehensive support to new clients at CIC, such as key distribution, photo taking, and answering queries.
• Interacting with guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and via electronic communication, while maintaining a pleasant demeanor, even in challenging situations.
• Collaborating with and training other team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and handling a variety of client requests, from office access to international shipping inquiries.
• Overseeing the handling and organization of mail and packages for clients.
• Work alongside our Venture Café partners to welcome the public to the weekly Thursday Night Gatherings.
• Supporting team members with a range of operational tasks as required.


ABOUT YOU
As a Concierge Coordinator you are an engaging, service-minded individual, reliable and capable of working independently. You're personable, calm in hectic environments, detail-oriented, and have strong time management skills. As a proactive team player, you excel in fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors, treat everyone equally, and bring fresh ideas and excellent communication skills to all aspects of your work.


YOU HAVE
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• A natural interest for helping/supporting others.
• Availability to work on site five days a week. The concierge desk is staffed 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and until 6:30 pm on Thursdays. Coverage will be shared across the team.
• An interest in a long-term role. We are a growing company, and we like to hire people who can grow with us over the years.

• Starting compensation is $52,899 anually.
