With rapid growth in mind, CIC seeks a Financial Business Partner specialised in Expansion to drive growth and support the broader organization using data analysis to make sound decisions about launching and operating new business.
You will be the primary owner of underwriting new deals and transactions, executing analyses for key company decisions by developing work plans, gathering/synthesizing relevant data, building models and developing final recommendations for management. You will report to the Director of Real Estate Development and work with the finance, expansion team and leaders of business development.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
In this role, you will:
• Take full ownership of building, testing, and refining financial and economic models for new business initiatives at CIC — including product launches, sales strategies, and funding opportunities.
• Use financial models to support strategic thinking and decision-making across CIC’s global operations, including providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across the company to identify opportunities for operational improvement and support the design and rollout of new business initiatives.
• Support the Business Development team as needed, including support in exploring potential partnerships with external organizations, making decisions when appropriate and escalating strategic recommendations to the executive team when needed.
• Provide Business Development team financial modeling and analytic support in the structuring and negotiation of new projects and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CIC’s Finance and Operations teams to integrate financial forecasts into business modeling and planning, and to optimize new center launch finance and administration processes.
• Analyze financial performance across projects and the company as a whole, identifying key revenue and cost trends.
• Advise CIC’s teams on financial decision-making and directly support the Director of Real Estate Development and executive leadership with data-backed insights.
• Contribute to annual budgeting processes and be responsible for maintaining and adjusting financial forecasts, including variance analysis.

YOU HAVE
• A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance or Consulting.
• A proven track record of contributing to complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and economic decision-making.
• Strong ability to use data and financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Experience in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
• Comfort working directly with and presenting to senior executives, both internally and externally.
