We are looking for last-year students in accounting or finance who are eager to begin their professional career as a Junior Accountant in our Warsaw finance team. In this role, you will support our finance and accounting operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations. You’ll contribute to accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance, while developing a strong foundation in accounting practices. This role will give you exposure to the full finance cycle, from daily processing to supporting audits and improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the finance team with daily accounting and reporting activities.
• Processing vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reports.
• Supporting reconciliations and preparing documentation for month-end and year-end close.
• Helping with statutory reporting and audit preparations.

ABOUT YOU
You are an articulate and ethical professional with strong critical thinking skills, a nuanced understanding of effective communication, and a genuine interest in contributing your expertise to the Finance Team of a global organization.

YOU HAVE
• Enrollment as a final-year student in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Polish and at least a B1 level of English.
• Availability to work 30–40 hours per week.

OUR OFFER
• Initial 6-month employment on a contract of mandate, with the possibility of extension.
• Starting hourly compensation 38 PLN per hour
• PPK (optional).
