ABOUT YOU
We're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator with more than 2 years of experience, ideally in B2B. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects, we'd love to hear from you! Strong communication skills and fluency in English are a must. Bonus points if you're familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot and design software like Canva. We're looking for someone resourceful, solutions-focused, and ready to bring efficiency and consistency to everything they do.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
As Rotterdam’s Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting local marketing initiatives, reporting directly to the Manager Sales as part of the Sales team. This position is ideal for a proactive and creative individual eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives and managing the local marketing budget.
Planning and running quarterly marketing campaigns with external partners, with a focus on lead generation and increasing brand awareness.
Creating content for and managing CIC Rotterdam’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), including both paid and organic campaigns, engagement strategies, and community storytelling.
Coordinating and producing video content with external studios, overseeing the process from concept to final delivery.
Drafting and distributing newsletters and internal communications to clients, brokers, and community members.
Conducting quarterly marketing performance reports and producing CIC Rotterdam’s annual Impact Report.
Designing and adapting marketing collateral for both digital and print formats.
Identifying and pursuing publicity opportunities (events, media, partnerships) and representing CIC Rotterdam.
Supporting flagship events by ensuring visibility through social media, advertising, and on-site promotion.
Managing relationships with external partners.
Participating in recurring CIC global marketing meetings and serving as the local liaison for global campaigns and initiatives.


YOU HAVE
• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, experience in B2B, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and graphic design software like Canva preferred.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to legally work in the Netherlands. CIC is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.


OUR OFFER
• Employment contract for 32-40 hours per week.
• Compensation ranges between €2.700 - €3.400 gross (excluding holiday allowance), depending on experience and work hours. The full range applies to a 40-hour work week.
