As an intern in “Branding & Customer Strategy” you will join the "Customer Experience and Brand" Team, working closely and independently with all different departments. You will be supporting key strategic projects and have a real impact across the company.

YOUR TASKS
You will work on a day-to-day basis directly with our Head of Customers a former Bain & Company consultant, learn from her, and support her in the following tasks:You help strategically driving two of our top company’s objectives - to make our customers truly happy and to translate our brand values into realityYou are a key player in our big “rebranding” project - meaning that we define a new brand strategy and brand design and will implement this across the companyYou support a couple of further improvement measures/projects for a varied selection of topics on customer happiness (e.g. optimization of our complaint management, premium service set-up, etc.)You identify further improvement potentials based on customer feedback, customer journeys, evaluation of internal processes, etc.You work cross-functionally with the various departments (e.g. Product, Operations, Sales) You shape our cultural change management initiativeYOUR PROFILE
You are matriculated in a (Master) degree program at a top university or have already graduatedYour working model can be described as independently, analytical, organized, and well structuredYou are available for at least 3 months, ideally longerYou are based in (or happy to work from) BerlinYou thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with plenty of input from across departments and multiple stakeholdersYou would describe yourself as a mission-driven project manager and creative problem-solverYou enjoy tackling big, complex problems and turn them into opportunitiesYou believe in long term success through customer happiness and enjoy putting yourself in the customer’s positionYou have a charismatic attitude and the natural ability to communicate well - excellent spoken and written English and German is a mustWHAT WE OFFER
