Reporting into the VP of Marketing EMEA & APJ, we’re seeking a dynamic individual with a strong passion for Tech and exceptional communication and project management skills. This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience and knowledge about multiple European markets and to develop an international marketing profile within our amazing team. 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement the France & South Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal) marketing strategy 
  • Support/localize global Go-To-Market plans with the goal of generating a strong pipeline of leads for the sales team
  • Drive leads traffic leveraging all parts of the marketing mix including owned and external events, global campaign, social, digital, website, partnerships to drive traffic/engagement/leads 
  • Project manage and host flagship events like CX Circle and DX Awards with multiple Partners on board. 
  • Help to increase brand visibility in the territories (working with Comms department on Social Media and PR) 
  • Lead by example and be highly tactical in executing the marketing plan in your regions
  • Be part of the Local Management Team and work closely with the Sales, SDR & Partnership team to exceed revenue targets
  • Actively contribute as a leader within the digital market, including creating thought leadership, and being active in the field with the sales team when appropriate
  • Lead a Team of 5 people (Field, Content/Campaign, Demand Gen)
  • Manage Reporting and Budgeting for the region 

  • What you'll need to succeed:

  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience including at least 4 years in a software company
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French & English, with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials; ability to communicate effectively with business people. Italian and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in tactical marketing roles, such as demand generation, account-based marketing, events and field marketing
  • Proven track record of creating winning partnerships externally with brand marketers, agencies, and internally with the Global functions, Design, Sales, Partner Sales, SDR and CSM teams.
  • Ability to work in team and with different stakeholders
  • Experience working in diverse or international environments is advantageous.
