The Senior Director, Global Engineering and Finance HRBP will be a seasoned advisor to the leaders of Engineering and Finance teams (approx 700 employees) on all related HR/people topics. He/she will support the leaders in their People agenda ensuring a great analysis and understanding of the pulse of the team. The job is reporting directly to the Head of HRBPs.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate closely with our CTO and our CFO to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR  guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing insights on talent management, organizational development, workforce planning and employee relationships
  • Align People initiatives with the overall business strategy to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. 
  • Be the representative of Engineering and Finance function in the People Leadership   Group, contributing and collaborating with other HR leaders in order to cover their  agenda. 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the growth and development of those 2 organizations, and deploy them in collaboration with the HR Global Centers of Expertise 
  • Oversee employee relations matters, with a strong leadership in France and Europe at large, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively and in accordance with company policies.
  • You will be leading a team of 2 HRBPs.

  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a mid/big size international organization (5K+ employees) or similar role,  in a technology or engineering-focused organization. 
  • Having operated in France (and ideally in a European context)  : culture understanding and legal knowledge is a must. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, curiosity, ability to step back, negotiation skills to influence decisions and voice the organization's interest in the HR department.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
