Contentful is rapidly growing and we are looking for an experienced Leadership Development Program Manager that will work to create and execute strategic learning plans with all of our leaders, from new and emerging managers to the CEO and founders.

What to expect?

In your role as our Sr. Leadership Development Program Manager, you will partner with our leaders to recommend learning solutions that develop their leadership capabilities to multiply and optimize the performance of their teams. You will craft learning experiences through creation and curation that can be combined and customized for each leader to personalize their journey.   • Actively work with business leaders and People Business Partners to design and deliver curriculum in areas such as management training, performance management, strengths-based leadership programs, high-potential identification, coaching and mentorship
  • Develop a global leadership development strategy for new/emerging managers through seasoned leaders/executives
  • Recommend strategic learning experiences that solve for capability uplift and lead to true business impact
  • Sustain organizational partnerships with leaders to stay close to organizational goals and their subsequent learning & development needs
  • Engage internal leadership SMEs to further participate in creating content and sharing knowledge across platforms and user groups
  • Create various types of content, e.g. learning paths, newsletters, graphics, Slack posts, etc., choosing the best format for the intended purpose

What you need to be successful?

  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport with leaders at all levels within a high growth, global organization
  • Creative thinker, with proven ability to generate new ideas
  • Ability to lead, manage and influence in cross-functional and cross-business teams
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Proactive, self-directed, responsible, and able to creatively implement a plan with limited guidance
  • Certification in multiple coaching tools and assessments highly desirable (Lominger, 360, Hogan, MBTI, Strengths, etc.)
  • Advanced understanding of global audiences and cultural sensitivities
  • Demonstrated strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
