What you will do:

  • As a specialist in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) product deployments, your main responsibilities will be in enabling customers in designing, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes
  • You will work with some of the largest companies in the world to guide them in defining the processes they use to manage their Procurement activities
  • Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation, taking into consideration Suite Synergy opportunities
  • Oversee all functional design aspects of implementation by taking the lead in managing and mentoring workstream solution architects from both Coupa and partner teams, ensuring a successful delivery of the project scope
  • Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners and customers
  • Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training and presentations and be a champion for their adoption
  • Collaborate with documentation, training, and product management teams internally within your area of expertise
  • Manage customers where up to 30% of your time may include travel
  • What you will bring to Coupa:

  • 10+ years’ consulting experience in Procure-to-Pay, either as part of a procurement organization or a consulting firm or software provider
  • Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to guide customers on best practice driven design processes that lead towards a rapid, successful go live
  • Previous senior consulting experience with Coupa or similar E-Procurement solutions (SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP) is highly desirable
  • Experience with Expense Management and/or Spend Analytics is a plus
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering procurement systems is required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Self-starter and quick learner, must be able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in a fast paced and passionate environment
  • Highly organized with the ability/experience to manage multiple simultaneous Enterprise projects
  • May require some flexibility in working hours due to Americas’ time zones
  • The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

    • Based in California: $148,325 - 174,500

    The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
