The Impact of a Pricing Operations Manager to Coupa:

We are looking for a Pricing Operations Manager to help operationalize pricing strategies in line with market dynamics and business objectives.  This new role in Coupa’s Pricing organization requires strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of market dynamics and pricing principles.  The ideal candidate will strive for operational excellence and will exhibit strong quantitative skills.  

What you will do:

  • Work with multiple business units to set appropriate discount guidelines
  • Proactively monitor deals discounts to look for trends to optimize product pricing
  • Analyze data to evaluate the impact of different price points on sales volume, revenue, and profitability
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather insights, align pricing with sales strategies and support product launches
  • Manage price list updates, distribution and training process
  • Support existing SKU creation process

  • Very strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Attend to detail and documentation
