Sales Channel is critical to the growth of Criteo. This team is primarily a phone based sales channel where outbound calling and e-mail prospection are the primary methods for contacting clients and driving new business. Criteo is actively looking for further great dynamic talents to join its advertiser sales department to drive the acquisition of new business and develop the existing ones.
What you'll doProvide first-level troubleshooting for Criteo products and features;Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies;Provide support on various types of clients;Helping the commercial team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio and prospects hitlist;Act as a bridge between the account strategy, new business teams and Ops;Manage financial reports;Work with the Account Strategy and New Business teams to develop analysis and optimizations;Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Criteo product offering;Performing admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets for Operations teams
Contribute to the team's success byImproving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex: monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities and client education programs)Helping build Case-studies: You will collect information and build customized case-studies for clients alongside Marketing teams
