Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a customer Lifecycle Strategy, including cadence of Tech Touches and engagement based on customer tier. 
  • As part of the Partner Success team, determine and implement various one-to-many outreach via emails, webinars, video, NPS survey, etc.
  • Craft effective email templates 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within Customer Success, Product, Engineering & Marketing to develop/source content.
  •  Use data from multiple internal systems to design and implement digital engagements to improve customer knowledge of Datto products, utilize features, general satisfaction, and, ultimately, drive renewal and expansion of contracts.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

 Experience:  

  • 3-5 years experience in writing, content creation, and content planning, ideally in a product marketing-focused role. 

 Required skills, knowledge, and capabilities:

  • Proficient in content marketing principles including; full-funnel content strategy, multiple products support, digital content, product marketing content
  • Strong business and marketing acumen 
  • Strategic planning for content marketing B2B teams within SaaS/Cloud industry
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with various departments 
  • A world-class communicato
  • Experience using tools like Gainsight, Marketo, WalkMe, Salesforce, or similar

 

Bonus Points:

  • Existing partnerships and experience within the IT MSP channel
  • Experience in a role related to Success Management, Account Management, or Client Services.
