You will report to the Senior Director, Global Sales Training & Enablement and join the recently established Sales Enablement Organization. Our goal is to provide world class programs to our sales organization to enable them to meet and exceed their goals through innovative programs.

- Dynamic and innovative problem solver who understands sales, training & enablement

A Look Inside the Job:

-Curriculum design of sales training & enablement content
- Advisor to SME who build building sales enablement content
- Drive certification strategy and implementation for all sales organizations
- Collect requirements from enablement programs (i.e. onboarding) and working it into actionable plans/deliverables
- Deliver sales training as needed

About You:

-5+ years in curriculum design and development
-High tech background, ideally in a SaaS company
- Good understanding of adult education concepts
- Professional certification background
- Sales background is a plus
