We’re looking for an emerging Talent Sourcer to work alongside our Talent Partner and Hiring Managers to grow our APAC team. We’re a close knit bunch, genuinely passionate about the wellbeing and engagement of our people. A Look Inside the Job:
- Grow our wonderful APAC team
- Identify creative sourcing approaches
- Source for roles in Sales, Engineering, Success, Marketing, Tech Support etc
- Tell our story to prospective candidates
- Shortlist inbound applications
- Share your ideas for elevating our candidate experience and employment brand
- Support with recruitment coordination
- Collaborate with teams in the UK and US
- Focus primarily on Australia and Singapore
About You:
- 1-2 experience in a recruitment, resourcing or sourcing role
- A knack for seeking out talented candidates
- Dab hand on LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally an ATS system (we use Greenhouse)
- An inquisitive nature and ability absorb information and ask questions
- Social media savvy - an eye for creating engaging candidate stories
- Natural ability to build rapport
- Willingness to get stuck in, continuously learn and develop
Bonus Points:
- Exposure to IT recruitment - an interest in Software Development would be handy
