Job Overview:

TMA is looking for an Account Coordinator in our Chicago or Dallas office. This candidate will have experience in integrated brand marketing and will be a critical link between the creative, strategy, production and account teams. The role will be client-facing in a fast-paced environment; therefore, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, is motivated to meet stringent deadlines and is detail oriented. This account role is ultimately a problem-solver at heart that keeps everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary role of the Account Coordinator is to be the account teams’ go-to person, assisting across all projects
  • Act as day-to-day contact for key client team members, internal teams, and agency partners
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders to develop and maintain project timelines, status documents and budget trackers
  • Prep and lead virtual client presentations
  • Apply learnings from Measurement and Insights to the work
  • Help manage digital, social, audio or entertainment partners in association with media plans
  • Support the team in planning, production and execution of creative content

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in advertising, marketing or promotional background including relevant internships and course work
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Digital and social background a plus
  • Actively participate in development of corporate culture
  • Outstanding presentation, written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
  • Background check required
  • College degree preferred

The range below represents the typical base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of TMA in the United States. Salaries offered will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skillset, certifications, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
