Job Overview:
TMA is looking for a new Coordinator of Warehouse Operations for our storage and distribution center in Irving, TX. The candidate may be responsible for handling the loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting of products into and out of the storage and distribution warehouse based on client needs. This position requires heavy lifting and moving large items and boxes. Our ideal candidate is dependable with a strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and eager to learn warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment
- Maintain inventory control within the WMS (warehouse management system)
- Picking and packing orders
- Communication with multiple client teams
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50lbs, without hurting yourself, others or equipment
- Microsoft Office experience is a plus but not required
- Effective communication in English
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Forklift certified is a plus but not required
- Integrity, reliability, attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Applicant must have vehicle to get to and from work with insurance, good driving record, and VALID driver's license
- Must be 21 or older
