The Democratic National Committee seeks a Deputy Studio Director to be a leader within our in-house multimedia studios, used daily by Members of Congress as well as party leadership, surrogates, and staff. This role runs shoots independently, from pre-production through broadcast/delivery, and is equally an administrator, producer, and technical operator.
The Deputy Studio Director must pivot seamlessly between logistics, production, and human-centered execution. While proficiency with studio gear and streaming software is required, success in this role comes from the ability to remain calm under pressure, guiding high-level principals through studio shoots with confidence and professionalism. This position reports to the Studio Director and is part of the DNC’s War Room operations.

The starting salary for the Deputy Studio Director position is $80,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, exempt position, that may require work on weekends. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
