The Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff/Deputy Executive Director will be primarily responsible for managing the daily schedule of the Chief of Staff/Deputy Executive Director. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the travel needs and arrangements of the principal. This role is also responsible for ensuring that the principals have all necessary written materials for all appointments, meetings, and events. This role will work closely with the Chairman’s Office and the Executive Office to ensure that all requests of the office are reviewed, discussed, and responded to in a timely manner. This position will also be tasked with special projects related to the principals from time to time. When leading special projects, the Executive Assistant will be coordinating, executing, and communicating project priorities.

Requirements:
Travel: The Executive Assistant to the Deputy Executive Director/Chief of Staff position may require travel, which could be up to 15% of the time.
Salary: The starting salary for the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Executive Director/Chief of Staff position is $60,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, exempt position, that may require work on weekends.
