The Democratic National Committee seeks a Grassroots Donor Relations Director who will lead our engagement efforts with donors, cultivating relationships both 1:1 and at scale that drive deeper investment to and connection with the Democratic party.
The Grassroots Donor Relations Director will report to the Grassroots Fundraising Director and will manage a growing team of professionals who are committed to supporting the Party’s grassroots donors. This role will manage the DNC’s growing monthly online sustaining donor program; cultivate mid-tier donors and encourage further investment; oversee the Party’s planned giving program and more. The starting salary for the Grassroots Donor Relations Director position is $110,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, exempt position, that may require work on weekends.
