The Midwest Finance Director oversees the major donor fundraising efforts in Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. The Finance Director creates and implements a region-specific finance plan and supports the execution of principal and surrogate travel and fundraising events. The Finance Director is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with the top donors in their region.
The Midwest Finance Director is based in Washington, DC and reports to the National Finance Director at the Democratic National Committee.

The starting salary for the Midwest Finance Director position is $120,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position will require travel, which could be up to 15% of the time. This is a full-time, exempt position that may require work on weekends, and has an end date of November 13, 2026.
