We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and experienced Global Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our global benefits and leave programs. In this critical role, you will ensure that employees around the world have access to competitive, compliant, and meaningful benefits that support their well-being and enhance the overall employee experience.

As a key member of our People team, you will bring deep expertise in global benefits and leave administration, thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and help scale programs that reflect our values and support our diverse, global workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve DO’s global benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Manage and administer global benefit programs including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & AD&D Insurance, HSA/FSAs, Retirement Plans, Perks, and more
  • Maintain Leave of Absence policies, and partner with third-party leave administrators to lead all aspects of the leave program, including FMLA, ADA Accommodations, local leave laws, and company-specific leave policies.
  • Analyze claims data and utilization trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve plan effectiveness
  • Maintain time off policies, and manage and improve the administration of all time off programs, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays, across all global regions, and ensure time off policies are compliant and competitive in each geo
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national benefits regulations across all operating regions
  • Lead renewals and Open Enrollment, inclusive of finalizing decisions based on your recommendations, configuring the enrollment system, communications, and auditing
  • Research and implement global best practices and emerging trends in benefits to ensure our offerings remain competitive
  • Build and maintain relationships with global benefits vendors and brokers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Partner with finance, payroll, legal, and HR teams to deliver benefits programs that are market-relevant and compliant with local and global regulations
  • Design and execute communication strategies that effectively promote our total rewards programs to employees at all levels
  • Conduct regular audits of benefits programs, enrollment, and usage to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in global benefits and leave administration, ideally within high-growth, public or pre-IPO tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of global benefits practices and compliance requirements, particularly in the U.S., Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan.
  • Experience with self-funded medical plans and the ability to interpret complex plan designs and vendor contracts.
  • Deep understanding of global time-off policies, with a track record of maintaining compliance and operational efficiency across multiple regions.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead benefits strategy with data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering an inclusive and supportive employee experience.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Workday Benefits preferred.

  • We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $114,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
