As a Senior Product Designer |, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, elegant, and impactful product experiences. You will translate complex workflows and information into user-friendly interfaces that are both visually compelling and highly functional. With a strong foundation in interaction, visual, and product design, you’ll contribute to the ongoing refinement of our digital products, ensuring they consistently meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and design quality. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help develop innovative solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to design end-to-end user experiences—including information architecture, content, interaction flows, and navigation—that meet both user and business needs.
  • Apply human-centered design methodologies to transform abstract challenges into clear, user-focused solutions by analyzing data and creating workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Partner with product managers and researchers to deeply understand user problems and business requirements, aligning on a shared vision before moving into solution design.
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams (front-end, middleware, back-end, QA) to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
  • Participate in design critiques, reviews, and guilds to help refine the design process and uphold design quality across the team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of your design work.
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system—creating and updating reusable components and visual assets (e.g., icons, illustrations, typography) to expand the system’s core libraries.
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and support inclusive experiences for a global audience.

Preferred Education, Technical Skills, and Experience

  • BA/BS in a design-related field (e.g., Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Product Design) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience working in digital product or UX/UI design teams.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth principles and UX research practices within agile or iterative development cycles.
  • Strong foundation in visual and interaction design principles—typography, layout, grid systems, color, hierarchy, and composition.
  • General understanding of computer science principles and how modern software is built.
  • A strong portfolio or real-world case studies demonstrating T-shaped design skills and recent work.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).Knowledge of AI tools will be considered an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience in the cloud hosting industry is preferred.
