Doctrine employs over 190 people and has been growing steadily and profitably for several years. In 2025, we are entering a new phase, becoming multi-country and multi-product. After launching in our first international market, Italy, Doctrine is continuing its global expansion with Germany. We are looking for our first Field Marketing Manager for Germany, who will take ownership of the German market. Reporting to our VP Marketing & Ops, Grégoire Thomas, your mission is to drive pipeline growth, accelerate market entry, and build Doctrine’s presence in this key market. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that marketing efforts directly support business growth and revenue impact.
Key responsibilities:
Develop & execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the German market, working closely with the French marketing team to ensure alignment with global objectives.Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives—including events, content creation, and co-marketing—to establish Doctrine’s visibility and drive high-quality pipeline growth to support the sales team.Build Doctrine’s local brand through social networks, relationships with media, influencers and amplifying customer success stories.Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, ensuring that every initiative is data-driven and contributes to revenue growth.Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, growth, ops and sales.Profile
